Description: This class is perfect for brand new students or those needing to gain/re-gain strength and proficiency with both Silks and Sling.
We will focus on gaining the flexibility, strength, and endurance necessary to hold yourself in the air for increasing lengths of time. Foundational skills covered include foot locks, hip keys, climbs, basic inversions, and more.
Beginner Lyra
Time: 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.

Description: This class is perfect for brand new students or those needing to gain/re-gain strength and proficiency within the Lyra.
We will focus on gaining the flexibility, strength, and endurance necessary to hold yourself in the air for increasing lengths of time. Foundational skills covered include knee hangs, balances, basic inversions, and more.
Hula Hoop
Time: 7:00 - 8:00 p.m.

Description: Hula Hooping is an all ages, low impact workout, designed to engage both the mind and the body! Classes include information on hoop sizing for all body types, instruction of individual tricks, and hoop choreography. Hoops will be provided, but students may bring their own as well.
Active Flexibility

Description: This class is perfect for all levels whether you are just starting your flexibility journey or an advanced student looking for contortion training. Active Flexibility focuses on building strength and stability through your stretches to help you achieve your flexibility goals!
