Aerial Exploration
Time: 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.

Ages: 10+
Prerequisites: Ability to invert, climb, and hang for at least 10 seconds on any apparatus required.
Description: Is there a skill you’re dying to get? Do you have videos saved on your phone of tricks you want to try or refresh your memory on? Then this is the class for you! Students should bring videos or explanations of skills they would like to attain and we will spend the class breaking them down.
Advanced Lyra
Time: 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Student Max: 10
Ages: 6+
Prerequisites: Pullover on top and bottom bar, Single arm hang, Single knee hang, and Comfortability inverting on the spanset required.
Description: This Lyra class is for advanced students. Students must gain instructor permission and/or showcase the prerequisite skills listed above in order to sign up for this class.
Advanced Silks
Time: 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Student Max: 10
Ages: 6+
Prerequisites: Ability to invert from the air, hang for 30 seconds, and execute a hip-key from the air required.
Description: This silks class is for advanced students. Students must gain instructor permission and/or showcase the prerequisite skills listed above in order to sign up for this class.
Open Aerial
Time: 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.
Student Max: 6
Ages: 8+
Prerequisites: Must gain instructor approval
Description: Open Aerial is a great opportunity for current aerial students to practice their skills and continue progressing. This is not an instructor led class but one will be present to ensure your safety while you work on material with the apparatus of your choosing.
*Students are permitted to bring their own equipment for the coach to rig if it passes our safety inspections.
Beginner Mixed Apparatus
Time: 4:00 - 5:00 p.m.
Student Max: 10
Ages: 6+
Prerequisites: None
Description: This class is perfect for brand new students or those needing to gain/re-gain strength and proficiency with any aerial apparatus. Each class will focus on fundamental skills with the Lyra, Silks, Hammock, and Loops.
