Beginner Mixed Apparatus

Description: This class is perfect for brand new students or those needing to gain/re-gain strength and proficiency with any aerial apparatus. Each class will focus on fundamental skills with the Lyra, Silks, Hammock, and Loops.
Intermediate Lyra
Time: 11:00 - 12:00 a.m.
Student Max: 10
Ages: 6+
Prerequisites: Straddle Mount, inversion from the top bar, and comfortability with knee hangs required.
Description: The next progression in your aerial Lyra journey! Students must gain instructor permission and/or showcase the prerequisite skills listed above in order to sign up for this class.
Open Aerial
Time: 12:00 - 1:00 p.m.
Student Max: 6
Ages: 6+
Prerequisites: Must gain instructor approval
Description: Open Aerial is a great opportunity for current aerial students to practice their skills and continue progressing. This is not an instructor led class but one will be present to ensure your safety while you work on material with the apparatus of your choosing.
*Students are permitted to bring their own equipment for the coach to rig if it passes our safety inspections.
Intermediate Fabric
Time: 1:00 - 2:00 p.m.
Student Max: 10
Ages: 6+
Prerequisites: Must be able to climb to the top of the fabric and invert from the ground on silks. Pullover, front balance, and straddle back mounts on the hammock are required.

Active Flexibility
Time: 2:00 - 3:00 p.m.

Prerequisites: None
Description: This class is perfect for all levels whether you are just starting your flexibility journey or an advanced student looking for contortion training. Active Flexibility focuses on building strength and stability through your stretches to help you achieve your flexibility goals!
Aerial Strength
Time: 3:00 - 4:00 p.m.

Ages: 8+
Prerequisites: None
Description: Aerial Strength focuses on helping students build strength and stamina both on the ground and in the air. Class is broken up into stations and will include aerial exercises, bodyweight strengthening, cardio, and more. All are welcome!
