WEATHER CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that we would need to cancel classes due to weather we will send out an email to everyone in our “Registered Student List.” This is the only way we notify our clients of cancellations so make sure we have your email address and that you are receiving our emails; we will also do our best to post on our social media sites such as Facebook and Twitter. Although we would like to do make up classes when we have to cancel due to weather it is virtually impossible to find a time when everyone can be here. We do not offer refunds for classes that we have to cancel due to weather. Instead, we suggest coming to another class of the same age and type for a makeup.
